How does it work?
Firstly I will come in to your business and do a free audit for you, then return with a detailed report recommending the best way of moving forward. Once this has been approved I will produce a bespoke coaching programme for your organisation which will consist of one-to-one sessions, group sessions or a mixture of both. This will take place over an agreed length of time - usually a minimum of three months and a maximum of twelve.
