Adams Coaching

Thank you Helen for the recent coaching sessions, they have helped me focus on my business activities and re-gain the momentum I was looking for. We all think we don't have enough time but just a few hours per week has not just benefited my business but actually relieved some of the stress I was experiencing by not being focused.

Adams Coaching was extremely helpful in setting up Positive Input. The project to set up this educational facility was stuck late in 2005. When we did the Work/Life balance exercise we identified that another area was taking too much of my time. We then worked together for a couple of months to enable me to change the balance of my activities. As a result we were able to launch Positive Input in the Spring of 2006. It is now developing very well and I thank you for giving me the impetus to make the breakthrough and get it started.

I want to thank Helen for her course last week, she has given me the tools that enable me to deal with a challenging situation or task. I feel that I can stand back and address the situation with confidence, making it seen a lot less daunting.

Since working with Helen just over a year ago, I have had the courage to turn down several offers of additional freelance consultancy work, and have been able to focus on growing my own client base. My turnover this year is almost double that 12 months ago and still growing - what a result! I would never have been able to do this without the confidence that attending the Adams Coaching course has given me. Now I am focussing all my effort and energy on my fast-growing business and am very excited about the future.
